These terms govern the use of the VoiceTour platform. By registering or using the service, you accept these terms.

1. Service description

VoiceTour is a platform that allows tour guides and companies to create multilingual audio guides from text. The service includes AI-powered audio generation and playback during tours.

2. Registration and account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must not share your login credentials with third parties.
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VoiceTour to:

Generate illegal, defamatory, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights.
Attempt unauthorized access to other users' systems or data.
Reverse-engineer or extract the service's code.
Use the service for purposes other than creating tourism audio guides.

4. Content ownership

Your content: the texts and scripts you create are yours. You grant us a limited license to process them and generate audio.
Generated audio: AI-generated audio is subject to a usage license tied to your subscription. You may use it in your tours while your account is active.
Our platform: the design, code and brand of VoiceTour are our property and protected by intellectual property rights.

5. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available continuously, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will not be liable for temporary interruptions.

6. Limitation of liability

VoiceTour is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that generated audio will be perfect or error-free.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it with your clients.
We will not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

7. Pricing and payments

VoiceTour offers free and paid plans. Current prices are displayed on the platform. We reserve the right to modify prices with a minimum 30-day notice.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time.
Upon cancellation, you will lose access to your routes and generated audio.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
