Analytics and attribution cookies

We use Amplitude (product analytics, including session replay) and Google Analytics 4 (web traffic analytics). GA4 is enabled by default and can be turned off from the cookie banner; your choice is stored in the vt_consent cookie.

3. Third-party cookies

We use Amplitude (EU-hosted) for product analytics and session replay, and Google Analytics 4 for traffic statistics. Cloudflare, as our infrastructure provider, may set technical cookies for security and performance. We do not use social media cookies.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings:

  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Please note that disabling necessary cookies may prevent VoiceTour from functioning correctly.

5. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies rely on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional service. Analytics and attribution cookies help us improve the product and understand where our customers come from; Google Analytics can be disabled at any time from the cookie banner or your browser settings.
